Loan requests
Loan requests can be submitted at least six months before the desired start date. Please send an email to collectie@stedelijkmuseumbreda.nl in a timely manner, including the motivation, exhibition plan, object numbers, exhibition duration, and a facility report. As a museum, we endorse the principles of the Working Group "Smarter Lending" and the "Code for Loan Traffic."
Requesting and publishing images
To request an image of an object from the collection, please send an email to collectie@stedelijkmuseumbreda.nl. Include the reason for the request and the object number of the requested image. When using the image in a publication, we ask that you use the provided credit line that is included with the image. We would also appreciate receiving a copy of the publication at the following address:

Proposals for objects and information requests
Proposals for offering, donating, or inquiries about objects in the collection can be sent to collectie@stedelijkmuseumbreda.nl.
