The Art of Collecting

The photos come from Henri Swagemakers' private collection. He has been collecting visual art for over fifty years. Since the 1990s, he has added photography to his collection. Among the diverse images, one clear commonality exists: people.

For Soulmates, we had the privilege of selecting photos from Henri Swagemakers' collection for the first time, supplemented with some other artworks. In the exhibition, you will also discover everything about the creation of this unique collection.
